This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong operational background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous General Manager experience in a hotel environment
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Sound financial and operational management experience
  
• Excellent guest relations and service standards
  
• Experience with budgeting, revenue management and cost control
  
• Strong administrative and reporting skills
  
• Willingness to relocate to Kenya
