Unit Incharge
Overall supervision and management of the dialysis centre operations.
Ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis treatments.
Coordinate daily dialysis schedules as per nephrologist orders.
Verify and implement dialysis prescriptions accurately.
Supervise patient assessment before, during, and after dialysis.
Monitor vital signs and manage dialysis-related complications (hypotension, cramps, reactions).
Ensure proper vascular access care (AV fistula, graft, catheter).
Handle dialysis emergencies and coordinate code response.
Maintain strict infection control practices within the unit.
Ensure isolation protocols for Hepatitis B, C, or other infectious cases.
Monitor and maintain RO plant and water quality parameters.
Ensure proper disinfection of dialysis machines after each session.
Supervise dialysis nurses and technicians.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate staff assignments.
Ensure adequate staffing for smooth functioning of all shifts.
Conduct staff performance evaluations.
Maintain inventory of dialyzers, consumables, and medications.
Prevent stock shortages and monitor usage control.
Ensure maintenance and servicing of dialysis machines.
