Position: RN Unit Manager Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Valid Unencumbered Arkansas RN Nursing License

• Current CPR Certification

As Unit Manger you will direct day to day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.

Must possess leadership and supervisory ability to work harmoniously with personnel.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family, visitors.

You will be required to be on call and responsible for scheduling nursing staff.

Perform administrative duties as assigned.
