The primary purpose of this position, UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, NK-0303-2, is to serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for all administrative support programs. This is an acquisition demonstration project position NK-2 equivalent to a GS-5 to GS-7
Directly assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Serve as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues. Assist in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements.
