Unit Program Coordinator

About the Position: This position is located at the 55th Medical Group, Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Administer administrative support programs such as cybersecurity, government purchase card, travel, health care, fitness, safety, drug demand reduction, supply, time attendance and unit recognition.

Assist commander/director in accomplishing all necessary internal operations such as personnel assistance, administrative training, and security.

Collect data to recommend actions to the commander/director, ensuring program requirements, compliance, and needs are met.

Develop and implement procedures to track program status and maintain program health.

Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
