Serves as the principal administrator and personnel specialist for the 4th Electronic Warfare Squadron (4 EWS), the U.S. Space Force's premier expeditionary electronic attack unit. The primary purpose of this position is to direct, manage, and execute all squadron-level administrative and human resources programs.
Serves as the squadron's primary point of contact for all personnel and manpower actions Oversees all squadron administrative functions. Manages official correspondence, reviewing all outgoing staff packages, reports, and documents for proper formatting, grammar, and compliance with Air Force and Space Force directives. Provides administrative support for the squadron's deployment and readiness programs. Manages the squadron's newcomer integration and sponsorship program to ensure a smooth transition for all arriving personnel.
