About the Role
Sanlam Allianz Nigeria is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Life Insurance Team Leader/Unit Sales Manager to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Unit Sales Manager in a Life Insurance Company.
- Ability to recruit and manage a minimum of 10–15 marketers.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and sales management skills.
