We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our Product department at Reality Games. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences for our players. You will work closely with our team to create and develop high-quality games that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

Join Our Team and work in a one-of-a-kind office located in a beautifully, historic railway station, nestled in the heart of the city’s charming old town. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Krakow’s cultural and historic center while working on-site, Monday through Friday, alongside a passionate and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop interactive gaming experiences

  • Implement game functionality as per design specifications

  • Optimize game performance for different platforms

  • Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay

  • Build innovative multiplayer big data-based games in Unity for mobile platforms in dedicated product teams

  • Take part in creating development workflows at every stage of production and maintenance of launched titles

  • Build dedicated location-aware and multiplayer-enabled game features

  • Create and maintain development tools

  • Guide junior developers in your project and exchange knowledge with other Unity developers working on other titles

  • Help game designers verify and enhance ideas for new games with your technical expertise

  • Work closely with backend engineers on implementing and improving client-server communication

  • Help create company-wide standards for Unity developers
