2. Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Unity Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize core gameplay features, ensuring smooth performance and high-quality experiences across platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and developers to deliver engaging mobile games that delight players worldwide.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game features using Unity and C#, ensuring code quality, clarity, and scalability.
  

• Collaborate with the team to design, prototype, and deliver new gameplay mechanics.
  

• Work within 2-week sprint cycles to meet milestones and deliverables on time.
  

• Optimize game performance for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
  

• Debug, test, and maintain code to ensure smooth gameplay and stability.
  

• Contribute to improving workflows, coding standards, and development best practices.
  

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure both technical excellence and a great player experience.

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Unity game development
  

• Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity engine features
  

• Experience developing both 2D and 3D mobile games using Unity
  

• Experience developing and publishing mobile games on iOS and Android platforms
  

• Good understanding of gameplay programming, debugging, and performance optimization
  

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, and Product
  

• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working on casual or puzzle mobile games
  

• Knowledge of mobile game optimization, memory management, and performance tuning
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based development workflows
