University Call Centre Officer (Contract)
Summary
Handles student inquiries and follow-ups via phone and in-person at a university call center, working weekdays with a fixed hourly rate.
Job Details:-
Contract Duration: renew every 4 months
Salary: 15/hr - 16/hr
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour unpaid break)
Location : Clementi
Job Scope:-
Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
Comfortable in following up with existing sales leads via phone call with the intention of making appointments for prospective students to speak to staff for further programme clarification.
