University Graduate - Building Projects Support (Ibiza - Balearic Islands)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 University Graduate - Building Projects Support (Ibiza - Balearic Islands) in Ibiza. Regarding the process published on 30/09/2026, the deadline for receiving applications is extended from 21/10/2026 to 26/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

What you'll do

• Support for the Site Manager with site setting out.
• Liaison between the Site Manager and the site foreman.
• Perform site measurements together with the foreman to report them to the Site Manager.
• Control that the work is being executed according to the project.
• Management of site non-conformities.
• Ensure that health and safety measures are met.
• Ensure that what is indicated in the PGA is met
• Planning and management of works, actions, and projects

What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • You possess one of the following University Degrees (MECES Level 2 or 3) officially recognized in Spain or with a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities:
  - Architecture or Technical Architecture or Degree in Architecture or Degree + Official Master's in Architecture
  - Degree in Building Engineering or Degree + Official Master's in Building
  - Civil Engineering or Technical Engineering or Degree or Degree + Official Master's in Civil Engineering
• Valid B driving license in Spain

Nice to have

• Training in energy certification of buildings (attach certificate)
• Possession of Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training in Construction of 50 or 60h (this may also be accredited through the PRL training indicated by the National Construction Agreement).
• At least 1 year of experience with an employment contract and/or academic experience related to your degree
• Knowledge of CAD (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Knowledge of CYPE (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Knowledge of Presto (will be verified during technical assessment)

How you'll work

• WE OFFER:
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  - Full-time
