What you'll do

• Monitoring of conservation files through inspections at the facilities
• Monitoring of conservation files through technical documentary review
• Preparation of technical monitoring reports

Education & certifications

• You possess one of the following University Degrees in Engineering or Architecture or Technical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's + Official Master's Degree, officially recognized in Spain or with a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities (MECES Level 2 or 3):
  - Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos)
  - Civil Works
  - Public Works
  - Industrial Engineering
  - Architecture/Building
• Specific and/or complementary training related to the maintenance of industrial facilities or port facilities (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 University Graduate - Monitoring and Conservation Support (Mallorca) in Mallorca. Specific Requirements

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • Valid Type B driver's license in Spain

Previous Experience

• From 3 months to 3 years of experience in monitoring, inspection, and maintenance work of industrial facilities (previously held via employment contract and/or academic training) (this will be verified during technical assessment).
• From 3 months to 1 year of experience in the required degree (previously held via employment contract and/or academic training)

Other Meritorious Factors

• Previous experience with an employment contract and/or academic training in the preparation of technical reports for facilities (this will be verified during technical assessment).

Remarks

• OFFERED:
  
  - A fixed-term contract is offered with an estimated duration of 12 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  
  - 37.5 hours/week
  
  The hiring category will be formalized according to the highest recognized degree among those required that the applicant can prove.
