University Graduate - Public Procurement Support (Murcia)

What you'll do

• Support in the review of documentation regarding grant calls in the field of public procurement.
• Monitoring the application of procurement regulations and the granting of European Funds.
• Preparation of dashboard reports for monitoring and control.
• Review of the public procurement justification within grant files.
• Support in the preparation of the necessary documentation related to grant calls in the field of public procurement.

Education & certifications

• You possess a degree in Licenciatura, Engineering, Architecture or Degree + Official Master's (MECES level 3) or Diplomatura, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture or Degree (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Training and/or Courses in the Subsidies Law, of at least 20 hours
• Training and/or Courses in Laws 39/2015 and/or 40/2015, of at least 20 hours

Specific Requirements

Previous Experience

• At least 1 year of previous experience in tasks specific to the required degree (with an employment contract)

• Previous experience in tasks specific to the required degree in the Public Sector (with an employment contract)
• Previous experience performing support functions in public procurement units (with an employment contract)

Remarks

• WE OFFER:
  Fixed-term contract of approximately 4 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  - Full-time: 37.5 h/week
