University Relation Recruiter (US MNC / Woodlands)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Location: Woodlands

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Early Careers programs including internships, scholarships, and early talent initiatives (Secondary School to Junior College), ensuring seamless end-to-end program execution.

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities, and Junior Colleges, to establish a sustainable early talent pipeline.

  • Plan and execute campus engagement strategies such as career fairs, campus talks, workshops, networking sessions, and employer branding events to enhance Micron’s presence among students and early-career talent.

  • Drive internship recruitment for local IHLs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to align early careers hiring with workforce planning and global talent strategies.

  • Design and implement innovative approaches to attract, engage, and develop diverse early-career talent aligned with business and future capability needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in University Relations, Early Careers, Campus Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition programs.

  • Strong understanding of early talent recruitment processes, campus hiring cycles, and employer branding strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with academic institutions, students, and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the agility to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience in regional, global, or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.

  • Creative, data-driven, and proactive, with a passion for developing early-career talent and building future-ready workforce pipelines.
