Summary
Beauty therapist performs facial and body treatments, customer consultations, and retail duties at a high-end spa in Singapore’s ION shopping mall.
Job Details:
Working Location: ION
Salary Package: Basic UP to $2,500 + Monthly Commission +AWS (13 months) + Variable Bonus
Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays) + 8 off day per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and body treatments, including manual massage techniques, in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions based on individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalised service and encouraging customer retention.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and maintained to hygiene and safety standards.
- Support daily spa operations, appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or other recognised beauty therapy certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates without professional certification are welcome to apply. Training and certification sponsorship may be provided, subject to company terms.
- Experience in facial and body treatments, massage therapy, or the beauty and wellness industry is preferred.
- Comfortable performing manual facial and body massage treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Willing to learn, develop new treatment techniques, and work as part of a team.
