- Location: Novena MRT
- Monday - Friday 8.30am -6.00pm
- Salary Range: UP $5K (depends on experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping full sets of accounts and attending to financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all aspects of progress billings (including AML check), payment to contractors, GST submission, monitoring of cashflow/loan/interest repayments
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the management
- Handle external auditors for annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews
- Prepare annual budget and forecast
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects and/or administrative tasks for the Finance Department.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Has some experience or exposure to real estate accounting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in SAP software is advantageous
- Able to communicate and interact well with personnel from other departments
- Adaptable to changes due to introduction of new laws and regulations
