• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

• Near Bencoolen MRT Station

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned project workstreams to support key project milestones.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, government agencies, suppliers and consultants.

• Manage vendor, consultant and site inspections/visits.

• Lead records management and archival activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Monitor project documentation, timelines, budgets, payments and billing.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials and track follow-up actions.

• Identify and monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, and support mitigation efforts.

• Provide project management, governance and administrative support across assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holders in related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in project management, governance or related functions.

• Prior experience in contract administration and vendor management.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
