UP TO $4,000/MTH | PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE | 6-MONTH CONTRACT

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Temporary Executive – Procurement Systems Support

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supplier Onboarding: Assist suppliers with registration, onboarding, profile updates, and portal access issues.

• User Support: Guide suppliers and internal users through portal processes and troubleshoot common issues.

• System Troubleshooting: Investigate system issues, coordinate with technical support teams, and follow up on resolutions.

• Supplier Data Management: Review, update, and validate supplier records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Data Analysis: Perform basic data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

• System Testing: Support system enhancements and fixes through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documenting test results.

• Documentation: Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting instructions.

• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to procurement systems and operational workflows.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Comfortable working with procurement or ERP systems; SAP Ariba experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues systematically.

• Good communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, especially when handling supplier data and records.

• Able to coordinate and follow up on issues with multiple stakeholders.
