Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employee listings and datasets for staff engagement surveys.

• Perform data extraction, cleansing and analysis to support survey administration and reporting.

• Verify survey data accuracy, troubleshoot data-related issues and respond to or direct enquiries from internal departments.

• Coordinate survey communications, stakeholder engagement, meeting arrangements and presentation materials.

• Identify information gaps, maintain survey documentation and improve knowledge management records.

• Provide administrative and logistical support, including staffing arrangements, venue bookings, equipment preparation and meeting coordination.

• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.

• Knowledge of data analytics and related tools.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
