Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy secure, scalable multi-agent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
Integrate AI agents with external data sources, APIs and enterprise systems using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.
Develop and maintain automated workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps to support AI-driven processes.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage application lifecycle and deployments, and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
Monitor AI system performance, resolve technical issues, and prepare SOPs, technical documentation and user training materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Proficient in multiple technologies, including Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations or Azure AI Services.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to prepare technical documentation and explain system processes to non-technical users.
