Summary
1-year contract Cloud & Platform Engineer in Singapore (near Hillview MRT, West) managing deployment, hosting, and operations of digital applications and web portals on approved Government cloud platforms. Day to day: configuring cloud environments, releases, API integrations, security/access controls, monitoring, patching, and backup/recovery.
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Location: Near Hillview MRT
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Manage deployment, hosting and operations of digital applications and web portals on approved Government cloud platforms.
Configure and maintain cloud environments to ensure availability, performance and scalability.
Support application deployment, release management, version control and API integrations.
Maintain application security, authentication and access controls in line with government cybersecurity and ICT policies.
Monitor applications, troubleshoot production issues, and perform patching, upgrades, backup and recovery.
Work with developers on application improvements and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related fields.
Entry level candidates with relevant internships, project portfolios or practical cloud/infrastructure/application support experience are welcome.
Able to manage multiple cloud-hosted applications and support production environments.
