- Manage Updaters team — shifts, workload, 24/7 coverage
Monitor load statuses in real time via GPS & TMS
Oversee driver check-calls and escalate delays
Audit data accuracy and fix tracking discrepancies
Report weekly KPIs to the Operations Manager
Train new team members on SOPs and tools
Collaborate with dispatch, customer service & carriers
