Update Specialist

Job Requirements:
• Send regular check-calls to brokers and customers to provide load status updates.
• Track drivers using ELD systems such as Samsara and KeepTruckin.
• Update the TMS with current load information and any changes.
• Notify stakeholders of any delays and provide timely updates.
• Confirm proof of delivery (POD) with drivers and communicate to relevant parties.
