Job Requirements:

Fluent english
Age: 18-23 years
• • Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery
•Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates
•Communicate with drivers and brokers
•Identify delays and escalate issues promptly
•Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date
•Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
•Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
