• Track driver/load status throughout the day
• Call or text drivers for pickup, delivery, ETA, and location updates
• Update brokers/customers with accurate load status
• Enter notes and updates into our TMS or internal system
• Monitor pickup and delivery appointments
• Report delays, issues, breakdowns, or missed check calls immediately
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, drivers, and brokers
• Make sure every load has timely and professional updates
