📋 Job Requirements:

• Fluent English (minimum IELTS 7-7.5 or equivalent)

Fluent Russian (spoken and written)

Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, professional)

Ability to work U.S. business hours (including night shifts if required)

Fast typing skills (minimum 50 WPM)

Strong multitasking ability
