📋 Job Requirements:
• Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery
• Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Update load statuses in the TMS and Email
• Identify delays and escalate issues promptly
• Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date
• Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills .
