Update Specialist
📋 Job Requirements:
- Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery
- Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Update load statuses in the TMS and Email
- Identify delays and escalate issues promptly
- Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
