We’re hiring Upholsterers & Assemblers at our Topeka plant located at 536 Michigan Street, Topeka, IN. This role is hands-on, skill-based work producing high-quality furniture used in healthcare, hospitality, travel, and marine environments.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble furniture components using fabric, foam, wood, and hardware
- Use hand tools and air tools (staple guns, glue systems, etc.)
- Read work tickets and follow build instructions
- Inspect your own work to meet quality standards
- Problem-solve when materials or fit issues arise
- Rotate across tasks as needed to support production flow
