- Be able to work under the direction of the head coach and/or athletic director
- Be able to implement and contribute to the programs goals and vision
- Be able to communicate effectively with athletes and families
- Be a positive motivator to build up our athletes
- Have interest in a career in education and coaching
- Have a passion for the sport of swimming
- Have a passion for working with children with learning differences
This is a stipend-only position, but it is also a great opportunity for any education minded candidates looking for a school that respects its employees and highly values each individual.
