Work Schedule
5.5-day work week (Excluding Public holidays)
Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Position Overview
We are looking for reliable, hands-on, andmotivated individuals to support daily operations in our advanced indoorgreenhouse facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy practicalwork, operating equipment, and working in a technology-driven environment.
No prior farming experience is required —training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude andwillingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor greenhouse systems and farming equipment,including irrigation and climate control systems
- Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report technical problems when necessary
- Support planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling activities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the greenhouse facility
- Assist with sorting, packing, and preparation of produce for distribution
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper equipment handling practices
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily farm operations
Requirements
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
