Urban Planner/ Draftsman
Amerco Real Estate Company would like to hire an Urban Planner/ Draftsman (Real Estate Rep) to join their team!
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Researching initial zoning requirements for properties
- Prepare zoning reports
- Research and analyze zoning ordinances
- Communicate ordinance requirements to management
- Prepare presentations
- Attend pre-application meetings with various municipalities
- Prepare site plans
Requirements for this position are as followed:
- Expertise in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is a plus
