A 3-month contract finance officer in Singapore handles intercompany reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end closing for regional entities, primarily using standard accounting practices.
Location: Greenwich Drive
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6
Salary: Up to $3500
Job Responsibilities:
- Support intercompany account and reconciliation processes across regional entities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure timely processing of intercompany transactions.
- Assist in preparing intercompany invoices, debit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities related to intercompany transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for finance records.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
