*URGENT* 3 months Talent Acquisition Executive (Hospital, Immediate) #HRY

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisement. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulations in job advertisement.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Arrange interview with candidates and hiring depts. Administer job assessment to candidates if required.
• Facilitate interview sessions with hiring depts
• Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation and databases in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
• Assist in career outreach programme and career fairs.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or large organisational setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour laws and HR best practices relevant to Singapore
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage high volume hiring and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels
• Experience in healthcare HR operations or hospital staffing is preferred but not essential
