URGENT - 3pax - Mechanical Design Engineer (MNC/Equipment - Non Experience required)

Role Overview
Joining our one-stop service team, you'll play a hands-on role in mechanical system design and development, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and external partners to bring products from concept to customer deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with system engineers to establish mechanical system and sub-system design specifications.
• Own the mechanical engineering lifecycle: component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, and system integration, through to release for manufacturing and on-site installation.
• Lead and oversee internal or external design partners on co-development projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure sub-systems meet design and reliability requirements.
• Provide escalation support during equipment assembly, validation, and customer-site activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
• 0-3+ years of experience in semiconductor or automation products.
• Background in wafer fabrication, semiconductor equipment, or medical equipment industries preferred.
• Solid grounding in mechanical engineering fundamentals and problem-solving, including stack tolerance analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or an equivalent CAD tool is mandatory.
• Exposure to vision systems, thermal modeling, calculations, and measurement techniques is a plus.
• Comfortable being hands-on throughout the development cycle.
• Strong communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Flexible to work extended hours during critical project phases.
