About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding clients' business needs and translating them into detailed requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with development teams to recommend solutions that directly address these requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements
- Work closely with development teams in recommending solutions that directly address business requirements
- Create and update documentations such as mapping documents, and other documents as may be required
- Communicate project activities and progress to stakeholders to ensure alignment and timeliness of delivery
- Assist during testing phases
About you
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1-2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting requirements and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices in any domain, but preferably in banking
- Knowledge/Experience with various business process modelling and software development tools
- Knowledge in relational databases, API integration, and process automation
- Self-starter, independent, and a team player
- Can start immediately
