Job Responsibilities
- Find and approach new customers.
- Develop new business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet customer needs.
- Keep updated on market and customer trends.
- Follow up on customer payments and credit terms.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Experience in hunter sales / new business development.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
