Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Lithia Springs, GA

The Role

Join our Lithia Springs clinic as a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), working 13–15 shifts per month. You'll provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clinical autonomy, strong team support, and flexible scheduling. New graduates are welcome to apply.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries

• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, laboratory testing, and 12-lead EKGs

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Georgia regulations and clinical protocols

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and AI-enabled charting tools

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Current FNP or PA-C certification, as applicable

• Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program

• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Ability to perform common urgent care procedures within scope of practice

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-service skills

• 2+ years of NP or PA clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
