Typical ER: Solo shifts with a stack of open charts

Cleveland Road: Two experienced ER veterinarians lead the service and collaborate with you daily.

Typical ER: Unorganized, high-stress handling

Cleveland Road: AAHA, Fear Free and Cat Friendly certified protocols.
