Summary
Operate automated washing systems and manage inventory in a cleanroom, handling delicate semiconductor parts and ensuring compliance with safety and ERP tracking procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated washing systems to safely clean, handle, and inspect delicate mechanical parts in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Manage physical inventory workflows, including receiving and unpacking shipments, verifying documentation, and kitting parts for engineering teams.
- Handle outbound repair logistics by issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and tracking vendor turnaround times.
- Update enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to ensure accuracy in tracking stock movements, scrap, and repair statuses.
- Comply strictly with cleanroom regulations, chemical safety guidelines, and personal protective equipment requirements.
Requirements
- Academic background holding a NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in engineering, logistics, or a related field.
- One to three years of professional experience within a cleanroom, wafer fabrication facility, or high-tech production plant.
- Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.
- Proven ability to handle expensive, fragile materials with care and tolerate working in controlled cleanroom attire.
