About the role
Assistant Design Manager responsible for monitoring RTA progress, managing the design team, and ensuring project deliverables are completed within required timelines.
Key responsibilities
Monitor RTA progress and provide daily updates
Delegate tasks and effectively manage the design team
Identify and resolve issues related to RTA
Develop and implement action plans and project strategies
Coordinate and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and review BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of designs and RTA deliverables
Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed within required timelines
About you
College graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Architecture, or a related field
Experience in surveying and designing SOPs within the telecommunications industry
Familiarity with FTTH materials, specifications, and standards, as well as overhead and underground technologies
Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership, prompt response, and strong adaptability
Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during project implementation
Strong ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to project team requirements
