Performs hardware failure analysis, writes defect reports, and works with teams to fix issues in electronic products; entry-level role with on-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Failure Analysis: Diagnose returned products to identify root causes of component or system failures.
- Reporting: Generate detailed technical reports detailing defect trends and failure mechanisms.
- Corrective Action: Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers regarding defective components and warranty claims.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC, NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer engineering, or related field.
- Experience in product testing, quality assurance, or hardware failure analysis is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with basic diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters), schematics, and RMA tracking software (if any).
- Entry level is welcome, on-job training provided.
