*URGENT* Executive, Talent Acquisition (East Hospital) #HRY

Key Responsibilities:

• AHP Recruitment Execution: Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment pipelines for AHP disciplines to support departmental staffing requirements.
• Campus Outreach & Student Engagement: Coordinate external outreach initiatives and establish working relationships with tertiary institutions and polytechnics. Organise campus career fairs and student engagement activities to attract early-career AHP talent.
• HRIS Recruitment Module Key User: Act as the lead for the HRIS recruitment module. Gather feedback from internal users, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Estab Tracking & Hiring Support: Monitor headcount against approved estab numbers and assist in operationalizing manpower projections into scheduled recruitment drives.
• Professional Registration & Health Clearances: Facilitate pre-employment compliance for all incoming AHP staff, verification of AHPC registrations and practicing certificates
• TA Metrics & Data Reporting: Track, compile, and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or related area
