• Provide technical support for:

  • Microsoft Teams

  • OneDrive for Business

  • SharePoint Online

  • Microsoft Office Applications

• Troubleshoot:

  • Mailbox and email issues

  • Teams meetings and collaboration problems

  • File synchronization issues

  • SharePoint access and permissions concerns

  • Office application functionality and licensing issues

• Manage user account provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning requests.

• Deliver professional support to German-speaking users through verbal and written communication.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles, known error records, and SOPs.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvement opportunities.

• Adhere to ITIL-based service management practices.

• Follow incident, request, problem, and change management procedures.
