• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Operations Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, resilience, operational excellence, and service availability.
• Hands-on experience in Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), operational readiness, and release governance.
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace, including monitoring, observability, dashboards, alert configuration, and incident analysis.
• Experience defining and implementing SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets, and reliability best practices.
• Proven experience in observability strategy, monitoring frameworks, logging, tracing, and metrics governance.
• Experience in alert tuning, noise reduction, and improving signal-to-noise ratio.
• Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience driving reliability reviews, resilience assessments, and operational risk reduction.
• Ability to influence and coach engineering teams on reliability, observability, and production readiness without direct delivery ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across engineering teams, architects, operations teams, and central SRE functions.
• Experience identifying and driving automation opportunities to reduce operational toil.

Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes and operational governance
