Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Dynamic Skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive implementation experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to independently drive functional consulting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and discovery workshops.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and translate business requirements into functional designs and solution blueprints.
• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, configuration, and support activities.
• Configure Performance Management cycles, performance documents, goal management, rating models, approval workflows, and calibration processes.
• Configure Talent Profiles, competency frameworks, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and career development processes.
• Support Compensation plans, salary review cycles, reward management, and approval workflows.
• Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and solution design documents.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technical teams.
• Conduct client workshops, solution reviews, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support Oracle HCM security, reporting, analytics, release management, and regression testing.
• Manage Jira backlogs, defect tracking, and project coordination.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 812 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consulting experience.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in at least 3 of the following modules:
  
• Performance Management
• Talent Management
• Succession Planning
• Compensation
• Dynamic Skills
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes, approval workflows, and Oracle HCM security.
• Experience with UAT, production support, enhancements, and release management.
• Experience in client-facing consulting and global HR transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
