ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a proactive Python & Automation Specialist who excels at streamlining workflows, writing clean code, and optimizing backend systems?

We are URGENTLY HIRING a Senior Python Automation Developer to own our end-to-end process automation pipeline. In this role, you will bridge operations and technology by developing automated scripts, integrating APIs, and managing cloud-based serverless workflows in a flexible hybrid setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Automation Ownership: Define, build, test, deploy, and support automated tools and business processes.

• Backend & API Development: Build high‑performance RESTful APIs, wrappers, and microservices using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

• Database Management: Build structured data pipelines and optimize database operations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL/Redis).

• Cloud Integration: Deploy and maintain serverless automation components using AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS) or Azure.

• Support & Maintenance: Debug live issues, resolve application errors, and maintain system health.

• Stakeholder Enablement: Participate in Agile stand‑ups, document processes, and lead technical enablement sessions for internal users.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ to 5+ years of dedicated experience in Python backend development and process automation.

• Technical Stack:

  • Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and general scripting (VBA or JavaScript is a plus).

  • Databases: RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL basics (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).

  • Tools & Security: Version control (Git/GitLab), Docker, CI/CD knowledge, and basic security concepts (SSO, LDAP, SSL/TLS).

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong analytical thinking; ability to lead stand‑ups and manage deliverables independently.

• Exposure to AWS (Lambda, S3), IBM RPA, watsonx, or GenAI/Prompt Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js or Angular).
