Experience: Life Insurance field sales experience is mandatory

Role & Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective customers using the company-provided database and leads.
Make daily calls and schedule customer appointments.
Conduct 2-3 face-to-face customer meetings daily.
Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle documentation and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:

Life Insurance field sales experience is mandatory.
Direct Channel experience preferred; Agency Channel candidates may also be considered.

Maximum age: 33 years.
Graduation is compulsory.
A two-wheeler is compulsory.
Stable employment history is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years' stability in previous organizations.
Candidates must be comfortable with field sales, daily customer meetings, and target-driven work.
