Cross-Selling & Portfolio Management: Cross-sell allied financial products (such as insurance or other retail loans) and track renewals or overdue collections to prevent non-performing assets (NPAs). Compliance & Audits: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC norms, internal fraud-detection guidelines, and audit documentation. Gold Appraisal & Processing Support: Assist or coordinate in preliminary weight checks, documentation, KYC verification, and data entry in line with company policy. Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition & Sourcing: Generate leads via open-market sourcing, cold-calling, local marketing activities, field visits, and branch walk-ins.
