Location: Changi Jewel / NEX / Serangoon Garden outlets
Schedule: Fri – Sun, 10:00am – 9:00pm (incl. 1-hour break)
Pay: Up to $14/hr, weekly/fast payment
Job Type: Permanent, part-time (weekends)

Job Scope:

• Assist with sushi and hot kitchen food preparation according to recipe and portion standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Support kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations
• Comply with food safety and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by outlet supervisor/chef

Requirements:

• Food Safety Course Level 1 (mandatory — please have certificate ready)
• Able to work weekends (Fri–Sun) on a consistent basis
• Prior kitchen/F&B experience an advantage but not required — training provided
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
